Focus of faculty research:	Exploratory research; paleoflood research; hillslope agriculture and runoff management; water quality remote sensing of inland lakes and rivers, Cube Sat Constellation for bathymetry and water quality, and polar ice dynamics; global synthesis of the causes associated with land-use changes and consequences of large- scale land acquisitions
