Doctoral Degree Requirements Post professional OTD: essay, interview, 3 letters of reference, certification and master's degree in occupational therapy or related field, minimum GPA of 3.2 in previous graduate work, occupational therapy license (OTD only), initial certification as an OT by NBCOT (PhD only)
